Yes our stores are quite flexible and will do their best to fulfil any changes or request. We do suggest contacting the store directly to explain what is needed and they will be able to advise. Otherwise, you can put any changes in the order notes!

We now have several options for individually portioned platters. 

It is recommended based on a side. We do always suggest when ordering to have some extra available, just in case your guests want a second serving. 

It's important to note that our kitchens in-store are not Gluten Free environments. However, we have several products that do not contain gluten ingredients. 

We have several plant-based options in-store including some delicious salad options. While these items contain no animal product, some may have been made in factories where non-plant-based product has been produced. 

Ordering times

Yes, however all of our products are made fresh in store every morning. Our ingredients are ordered the day before so you need to contact your closest store to check availability of ingredients to meet your catering needs. To order online our catering portal closes 36 hours the day before.

Shipping


Unfortunately, not just yet. We are working on a partnership with Sherpa who will be able to conveniently deliver your catering order right to your door. This is in planning stages right now so stay tuned!

Sherpa’s pricing is dynamic and will be calculated based on the distance between you and the store. Pricing starts from $12.

We have a 2 hour delivery window. This means that your order will be delivered within 2 hours of your drop off time. i.e. if you ordered delivery for 11am, your order will arrive between 9am and 11am.

Cancellations & Reschedules

Cancellations can be made up for orders Tuesday to Saturday 24 hours before your order is due to be prepared. If you would like to cancel your order within the 24-hour period, you will not be eligible for a refund. For Orders on Sunday and Monday, you will need to cancel your order by 2pm EST Friday.

Yes, you can definitely reschedule your order however we do require 24 hours notice. Please email info@soulorigin.com.au to reschedule your order.
